My name is Kieran Coyle and I am the new Sustrans Active Travel Workplace Officer for the Northwest area. I would like this opportunity to introduce myself.
We find ourselves in challenging times with the current evolving COVID-19 situation, I am here to support you with your allowance of daily exercise. People are taking the opportunity now to pull out bikes from garages and sheds and get on their bikes. They are now realising the benefits of walking and cycling to relieve the stress of the current lockdown.
Over the coming months, I will be posting relative and current information to support you in achieving your Health & Wellbeing goals.

Like everyone else at the moment, I am working from home and adjusting to the situation of having a young family to support and keep active and healthy.
