Alcohol Guidance

So far each week of the plan has focussed on our calorie intake from food. But what about drinks?

Here we look at the calories in alcohol and non- alcoholic drinks such as coffee, energy drinks, fruit juice and fizzy drinks. Check out this week's PDF plus some additional information about calories and sugar in our drinks.
