Getting enough sleep is directly linked to overall health and well-being. This 45 minute online course explores the benefits of taking a mindful attitude towards bedtime and getting ready for sleep. The session introduces a variety of simple techniques to help calm and slow down a busy mind and body to support helpful ways to get a good night’s sleep.
