Prostate Cancer Awareness Month

1 March, 2021 - 00:00 to 31 March, 2021 - 01:00

March is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month and is supported by Prostate Cancer UK. The aim is to raise awareness and funds so the charity can provide even better support to both sufferers and their families.

By raising awareness, we can help more people to get diagnosed earlier.

  • More than 47,500 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – that's 129 men every day.

  • 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.
  • Around 400,000 men are living with and after prostate cancer.
